Responsibilities:

· Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, updating x-rays, and oral hygiene education.

· Develop rapport with patients and ensure a comfortable dental experience.

· Maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts.

· Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have

· Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories

· Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection

· Work collaboratively with the dentists and dental team.

· Stay up-to-date on the latest dental hygiene techniques and procedures.

· Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

· Workflow is a single hygiene coloumn

Qualifications:

· Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Florida.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental setting.

· Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
